The servicing during warranty period is free of service charges and spares to maintain the equipment.

This type of service is provided on the calls from the customer when there is a breakdown or customer requires support.

Annual Maintenance Contract : It is an one year maintenance contract with the customer, under one contract value / bill, four service visits are made in a year i.e. one in every three months. If customer need more service visits than specified in the AMC which are separately charged along with spares required against proper P.O. or written communication from the customer.

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract : It is an one year contract, under one contract value / bill, any No..of service visits are made along with the spares required in a year as per the recommendation of service engineer.
