Nat steel’s dry heat sterilizer is cGMP designed to satisfy the widest demands of the pharmaceutical industry and to execute the following treatments :

Sterilization : Reduction of micro organisms and their by product up to 12 log (temp range-160-180°c).
•
Depyrogenation : Destruction of pyrogens upto 3 log reduction and end endotoxins inside the materials (temp range : 220-250°c).
•
The oven sterilizers are ideal for treatment of solid heat proof materials (empty glassware and metal materials), materials sensitive to HUMIDITY.

We tailor make the Dry heat Sterilizer and design the lay out configuration and chamber sizing according to the customer's need and specific requirement of load handling system. We always provide SS 316L for any contactable part of sterilizer with the load and SS 304 for non contactable part of sterilizer. All the components used are of world class quality and always readily available.
